In 2011, I pursued my professional dream of being an artist / designer by joining one of the prestigious art colleges of our country – College Of Art, New Delhi (Lalitkala Mahavidyalaya, Delhi University). I completed my Bachelors in Fine Arts with my specialisation being Applied (Commercial) Art. Since childhood, I have had a nag for art & aesthetics with a different vision towards life. During my college years, I was shortlisted and offered to be a Student Brand Manager for “Red Bull India”. My 3 year experience in the firm taught me a lot about marketing and brand management. During my later years in college, I worked as a freelance designer with upcoming and small businesses.
After graduation, I founded a design studio called “NoName Creatives” along with some batchmates from college. Within the firm I designed and curated an art festival called “Art+Weekend” which saw 2 editions in off-beat locations and a smaller event in the capital of Delhi. I also partnered with another firm called “E-Solz / Socio Monkey” to understand and learn about e-commerce / digital marketing.
In 2017, I started working as an independent creative consultant for multiple brands and businesses. After a year I joined this digital marketing / creative advertising firm “Lyxel & Flamingo” based out of Gurugram. During my 5 year tenure in the company, I worked as a Sr. Designer and went on to being the Creative Director for Art / Design within a year and my role evolved prodigiously. I took the liberty of building a solid design team and from 12 people, I created a team of 30-35 fantastic designers. Worked with over a 100 brands which are well known in the Indian market and was a key player in multiple brand / campaign launches for businesses across categories.
I quit my job in 2023, and now continue to work as a creative consultant. I have also moved to Himachal, where I run a small homestay with my mother and my hobbies involve adventure, sports, music & cooking.
